We are confident that once you experience the concept of Aikido and grasp the philosophy

It is equally suitable for Women and Men of any age,
as it focuses on technique and skill rather than brute force.

Aikido is an especially wonderful martial art for children and teens.
It is a non-violent, non-competitive martial art which focuses on
harmonious body movement and balance control rather than
destructive striking techniques for self defense.
It is a form of self defense based on the study of "connection".
Children learn respect for themselves and their classmates,
self discipline, and confidence. Effective ways to deal with bullies without
fighting are also brought into the curriculum.
The training is carried on in a friendly, coed atmosphere with
children of all age levels training together.
